Pediatrics/Pediatría

Boriken doctors are dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our youngest patients. 

Adult Medicine/Medicina de Adultos

Our physicians provide routine check-ups, physical exams, adult immunizations, medical clearances, and health screenings.

Podiatry/Podología

Our podiatrists provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases and injuries to the human foot and ankle.

Dermatology/
Dermatología

Our mission is to provide an environment and tools that promote the accomplishment of comprehensive dermatological care for patients. 

Cardiology/Cardiología

At Boriken Neighborhood Health Center, we provide comprehensive heart health assessments to evaluate and reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke. 

Dental/Servicios Dentales

We emphasize preventive dental care, with the goal of helping patients establish good dental habits to stop dental disease before it starts. 

OB/GYN

Boriken Neighborhood Health Center offers comprehensive Women's Health services to meet your needs including well-visits, prenatal, post-partum, and gynecological care.

Nutrition

Our knowledgeable nutrition experts will work with you to develop a personalized nutrition plan and offer the in-depth support you need to discover your healthiest self.

Behavioral Health

Our mental health services include screenings, psychosocial, individual psychotherapy and family therapy to patients ages 5 and older.  Our part- time Board Certified psychiatrist serves Boriken patients enrolled in counseling with our social workers.

Care Management

Our licensed professionals are available to provide counseling, mental health and other services to community residents experiencing symptoms of stress, anxiety and more.

WIC

Since 1978, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program provides nutritional services to 1,300 women, infants and children each year. 

Bilingual Head Start

The Council’s Bilingual Head Start Program has been educating East Harlem’s children since 1969 and currently serves 230 children aged 3 to 5 years at two sites.

Senior Nutrition Program

Since 1979, the Senior Nutrition Program provides recreational and supportive services and nutritionally delicious weekday meals at Casabe Senior Center and Schomburg Plaza Senior Center.

Boriken School Health Program

The Boriken School Health Program operates offers medical, mental health and health education services in PS 7, PS 112 and PS 155.
