Boriken Neighborhood Health Center Hosts an On-Site Event!

Here’s Boriken Neighborhood Health Center hosting their on-site event on 5/26/2022. 
We also had Union Settlement & Exodus Transitional Community visit!

We were able to hand out information on many of our services,
giveaways & COVID-19 At-Home Test Kits. We also had testing/screening available including
Mental Health screenings and HIV/Hep-C testing.
